Super Easy Pizza Twist

  • 1.5 cups self raising flour (ideally wholemeal)
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 100g mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
 
 

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Place the flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the yoghurt to the centre and stir it in until it forms a dough

 
 

2. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured chopping board or surface and knead until it forms a smooth ball

 
 

3. Roll the dough into a rectangle approximately 20cm x 30cm and 2cm thick; spread the tomato paste over the dough

 
 

4. Sprinkle the mushrooms and cheese evenly over the tomato paste

 
 

5. Roll the dough up longways and with a knife cut horizontally halfway through the roll every inch down the roll

 
 

6. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and twist each portion you have created to alternate sides

 
 

7. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cooled
