Delicious Chicken Burgers

  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 cup spring onions, thinly sliced (approximately 1-2 spring onions)
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • Olive oil

1. In a bowl combine mince, spring onion, carrot, egg, breadcrumbs and sweet chilli sauce


2. Form patty shapes with large tablespoons of the mixture


3. Heat enough oil in a frypan to lightly cover the base. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on either side, until golden brown


4. Drain on paper towel and serve immediately in a burger or with a salad
